Enquiries and quotations

Initial site visits and quotations are free and carry no obligation. Every job is quoted individually; there are no published fixed prices. Sending the website form does not book work, confirm a start date or bind either party to a construction contract.

Domestic payment stages

• 10% deposit upon booking.
• 40% payable two weeks before the scheduled start date.
• 45% staged throughout the project.
• 5% final balance upon sign-off.

Review these stages with the project-specific written scope. Commercial payment staging may be adapted to development loans or direct lender schedules.

Guarantees and insurance

All works carry an 18-month workmanship guarantee and manufacturer product warranties are matched. Ranshaw Group holds £10,000,000 public liability insurance. Permissions and project scope

Planning applications and building control are managed where required and agreed for the project. Approval decisions sit with the relevant authorities and are not guaranteed.
