Do you charge for quotes or site visits?+
No. Quotes and initial site visits are free and carry no obligation.
How do your payments work?+
For domestic projects: 10% deposit on booking, 40% two weeks before the start date, 45% staged through the project, and 5% on sign-off. Commercial clients can have staged payments adapted to development loans or lender schedules.
Are your works guaranteed?+
Yes. All works carry our 18-month workmanship guarantee, and we match all manufacturer product warranties.
Are you insured?+
Yes. We hold £10,000,000 public liability insurance.
Can you handle planning and building control?+
Yes. We manage planning applications and building control where your project requires them, including on HMO conversions.
Can you help with septic tank permits?+
Yes. We help with Environment Agency compliance and permits as part of septic tank and drainage installations.
