Our story
A family business with construction at its roots
Ranshaw Group is a family-run building and construction business. Luke Ranshaw is the supplied business contact. We help homeowners create extra space, business clients develop premises and agricultural clients build for working rural sites.
Our team brings over 40 years of combined experience across construction trades. The company has been trading for more than two years — the experience figure describes the team, not the age of the business.
Groundworks are our core. Foundations, drainage and site preparation need to support everything that follows. With design-and-build capability across all trades, we can discuss the whole construction scope rather than leaving you to coordinate disconnected stages.

One project, one conversation
Design, groundworks and construction can be considered together. Our core team of 10 tradespeople and labourers can scale up to 24 operatives depending on project size.
Quotes for the actual site
Free initial visits and no-obligation quotes. Every job is priced individually, with scope and staged payments discussed before booking. The final domestic 5% is due on sign-off.
Workmanship guarantee
An 18-month workmanship guarantee on all works, matched manufacturer product warranties and £10m public liability insurance. We hold no trade-body accreditations and do not claim otherwise.
